To secure the booking you are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the invoice amount.
The date, time and location booked are the initial agreement, if there is a change for location there may be additional costs such as transportation / accommodation fee.
If there is a change in the date and schedule from the client, it must be adjusted to the availability schedule from Beyond Makeup Artist.
Makeup booking are non-transferable.
Beyond Makeup has the full right to assign any makeup artist to do the makeover.
Full Payment must be settled the latest a week prior the wedding.
Postponed / Delayed
Postponed can only be done once and subject schedule to availability from Beyond Makeup.
If there is a second postponed then the price will adjust to the latest price and only available for weekdays.
If there is a delay on hours according to the agreed hour from the client, the makeup artist has the right to leave or stay with additional charge $100 / hour.
If there is a delay on hours according to the agreed hour from the Artist, the Client has the right to cancel the Artist and the Artist have to return the money.
Regulation
Both the client and the artist must be in good health on the day of Makeup.
Both the client and the Artist have to respect each other.

Suggestion Do / Don’t
Do Not use eye lash extension.
Don’t cut your hair especially bangs 6 months prior to wedding day.
Do use contact lenses for more expressive look in the eyes, suggestion colour : Brown ( for Asian woman only ).
Stop using chemical / creams that can cause skin peeling at least a month before the day.
Do Not Use Hair Conditioner when you wash your hair on your wedding day especially for smooth hair type.
Do Not go to Clinically Facial to avoid redness on your skin / peeling at least 2 weeks before the day.
Compress face skin using ice cubes on the wedding day before makeup (your choice).
Avoid sunbathing especially with bikinis to avoid sunburn or stamp bikini lines.
Remove the Bikini during the makeup process to avoid the bikini line stamp on the skin.
Cancellation
Deposit is non – refundable
100% Payment are non – refundable a week prior to wedding.
